摘要
目的探讨临床护士在球囊面罩通气技能方面存在的问题和强化培训的效果。方法随机抽取116名护士(培训前组),研究考核球囊面罩通气技能中存在的问题。对全院护士开展球囊面罩通气技术的相关知识及技能的培训,每人半天。培N4个月后随机抽取186名护士进行考核(培训后组),比较培训前后两组护士的考核结果。结果培训前错误率超过50%的项目有球囊的正确连接、气道开放幅度、面罩的固定方法、面罩漏气、呼吸频率、通气潮气量、吸氧流量、呼吸器的消毒方法及效果判定中的面色、口唇、甲床观察,共9项。培训后组的平均成绩为(95.2+11.7)分,显著高于培训前组(78.7~19.4)分,(P〈0.001),合格率由培训前的49.1%增加至90.9%(P〈0.001)。培训后组在以上9项的错误率均显著性降低(均P〈O.001),且错误率最高的项目为通气效果项目(20.4%)。结论I晦床护士在球囊面罩技能方面存在问题,培训后有关知识、技能均得到提高。
Objective To survey the problems existing in the knowledge and skills of balloon mask ventilation technology (BMVT) among the clinical nurses and the effects of intensive training. Methods 116 nurses were collected by random sampling (pre-training group) to receive examination on the knowledge and skills of BMVT. All nurses underwent training for half-day(post-training group). Four months later 186 randomly collected were checked again. The effects were investigated 4 months later. Results The items with the error rates 〉50% included correct connection, range of opening of the air channel, method of fixing the mask, mask leakage, respiration rate, tidal volume, flow of oxygen inhalation, sterilization of breathing apparatus, and observation of complexion, lips, and nail-bed. The average score of the post-training group was (95.2 ± 11.7), significantly higher than that of the pre-training group (78.7± 19.4), (P〈0.001). The qualification rate of the post-training group was 90.9%, significantly higher than that of the pre-training group (49.1%, P〈0.001). The error rats of the above-mentioned 9 items in the post-training group were all significantly lower than those in the pre-training group (all P〈0.001). The highest error rate was about the ventilation effects (20.4%). Conclusion Intensive training help improve the knowledge and skills of balloon mask ventilation among the clinical nurses.
