摘要
高性能交流伺服系统是运动控制理论的一个重要研究领域,它直接影响并带动其它领域的发展,其性能的改善也能提高设备的生产能力和产品质量。论文阐述了高性能伺服系统中控制技术的研究意义,归纳了高性能伺服系统中的典型的几种控制方法基本概念、原理、优缺点及相应的改进技术,最后对伺服系统未来的技术发展做了展望。
High performance AC servo system is an important research field of motion control theory. It directly affects the development of other fields. The performance improvement of the servo system can increase productivity and products quality of the equipment. The research significance of high performance servo system is described, and the typical methods in the high performance servo system are summarized. The paper refers to the basic concept, principle, relative merits and the corresponding improvement technical. Finally, the future technique development of servo system is prospected.
