摘要 针对数控系统软件对强实时性,高可靠性总线系统的应用需求,提出一种基于SoC(System onChip)的NCSF(Numerical Control Synchronous FieldBus)总线系统实现方法。将NCSF协议栈的应用层和数据链路层实现在FPGA芯片上,用户层行规实现在数控系统软件上,两部分通过PCI接口进行通信。测试结果表明,新设计可提供速率为100Mps,同步抖动小于0.6μs,通信周期为31.25μs的通信服务,能够满足高档数控机床的加工需求。 In order to meet the application requirements of the NC system software on a strong real-time, high reliability bus system, an implementation method of NCSF (Numerical Control Synchronous Field- Bus) bus system based on SoC(System on Chip) was presented. Implemented the application layer and data link layer of NCSF protocol stack in the FPGA chip and left profile layer in NC computer for further realization, these two parts communicated via a PCI interface. The test results showed this new design could provide a communication service that had 100Mps rate, 31. 25μs communication cycle and its synchronization jitter was less than 0.6μs. And it can met the requirements of the high-end NC machine tool.
