摘要
文章设计了一套基于TMS320F28335DSP控制芯片的永磁直线同步电机(PMLSM)伺服控制系统。以智能功率模块IPM、高精度直线编码器M-Ⅱ4400和新一代CAS磁通门技术电流传感器为主要元件搭建了一套高性能硬件平台。在DSP控制芯片内实现对PMLSM定子电流的矢量解耦控制及速度环、位置环的伺服控制算法。实验结果表明该伺服驱动系统实现了对PMLSM的高精高效控制。
This paper presents a high-performance servo control system for Permanent magnet linear syn-chronous motors (PMLSM) drives based on TMS320F28335 DSP chip. Build the system hardware platform base on the following key component : IPM, high accuracy linear encoder M- II 4400, a new-generation CAS serial current transducer base on fluxgate technic. Implement the vector control of PMLSM stator current loop decouple, velocity loop and position loop servo control algorithm. The experiment test result demonstrate the PMLSM servo system achieve high precision and high performance.
