摘要
首先对深孔零件族进行了分析,并给出了相应的结构可行性方案;接着分析了深孔机床的可重构性,并在此基础上提出了可重构深孔机床的设计目标;最后,按照模块化设计思想,对深孔机床进行了功能模块的划分、模块结构设计及接口设计,实现了可重构深孔机床的模块化。
Firstly, the deep-hole part family was analyzed, and the viable solution of the corresponding structure is given ; Then the reconfigurability of the deep-hole processing machine tool was analyzed, and on this basis, the design goals of reconfigurable deep-hole processing machine tool have been proposed; Finally, according to the modular design concept, the function module' s division, the module structure design and interface design of the deep-hole machine tool are carried out, and the modular design of reconfigurable deep-hole processing machine tool is implemented.
