HGF蛋白在前列腺癌患者肿瘤组织及血浆中的表达

Expression of hepatocyte growth factor in tumor tissue and serum of prostate cancer patients

目的:观察前列腺癌患者肿瘤组织及血浆中肝细胞生长因子(HGF)表达与前列腺癌进展的关系。方法:采用免疫组化及ELISA技术检测38例前列腺癌及30例良性前列腺增生患者肿瘤组织及血浆中HGF的表达。结果:前列腺增生及前列腺癌组织中HGF染色集中在间质的成纤维细胞及其周围。前列腺癌组织中HGF表达阳性率为78.95%,高于前列腺增生组织中的表达(43.33%)(P<0.01)。与免疫组化检测结果相似,ELISA检测发现,前列腺癌患者血浆中HGF浓度高于前列腺增生患者(P<0.01)。Gleason评分大于7的癌组织及血浆中HGF表达高于Gleason评分小于7的癌组织(P<0.05);与T1/T2期肿瘤相比较,T3/T4期肿瘤组织及血浆中HGF表达增高,差别具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:前列腺癌患者HGF表达明显高于前列腺增生患者,且与前列腺癌临床分期和Gleason评分相关。HGF可能是前列腺癌诊疗的潜在靶点。

Objective： To study HGF protein expression in human prostate cancer tissue and serum, and explore the association between HGF and prostate cancer progression. Methods： hnmunohistochemistry and ELISA were used to detect the HGF in 38 prostate cancer and 30 benign prostatic hyperplasia （BPH） tissues and serums. Results： HGF was stained on and around the fibroblast cells. HGF expression in prostate cancer （78.95%） was higher than that in BPH （43.33%）（P 〈0.01 ）. Similar with immunohistoehemistry result, ELISA deteeting showed that the concentration of HGF in prostate cancer patients＇ serum was higher than BPH （P 〈0.01 ）. In prostate cancer tissues and serums, HGF expression was higher in Gleason score 〉7 and T3/T4 tumor than Gleason score 〈7 and T1/T2 tumor respectively（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： The expression of HGF in prostate cancer is higher than that in BPH. The increasing staining recorded is associated with the T stage and Gleason score of prostate cancer.
