摘要
文章针对某叶片制造企业在工艺设计过程中的问题,结合PLM产品全生命周期软件在过程管理中的优势,分析优化该企业工艺设计流程,提出了"自顶而下"(Top-Down)的流程分析设计方法,建立了工艺设计流程模型,将连续抽象的流程离散化、具体化,并在系统中定义企业工艺设计流程模板,实现流程固化。提高了工艺签审效率,确保了签审信息准确性、一致性。
According to the design process problems of a blade manufacturing enterprise, combined with the advantage of PLM （Product Lifecycle Management） software, optimize and analysis the business process of process design, proposed a ＂ Top-Down＂ process analysis and design method, set up the process model, make the successive process into discretive and concretive, defined the process design process template in the system,realized the process solidation. Improved process signed efficiency, ensure the signed information accuracy and consistency.
