摘要
零部件及其尺寸优先级别的确定,可为复杂机械变型设计和尺寸传递提供理论依据和技术支持。确定零部件及其尺寸在多条变型尺寸传递路径的优先顺序,是解决变型设计尺寸传递的基础。在分析了零部件从加工到装配成型及后续维护保养即零件整个生命周期内所受到的约束后,提出将这些约束转化为对零件各属性的评价指标,并建立评价指标体系和评价指标体系解释结构模型。在对三角模糊数及相关计算方法进行研究后,确定评价指标集合中各指标模糊值,并用模糊值对各评价指标进行量化和比较,进而进行综合评定和结果归并。从而最终确定零部件中各零件的优先级别。最后,以某一变速箱产品为例,验证了该方法在确定零件优先级别上的应用。
Theoretical basis and technical support for variant design and size transfer in complex mechanical can be provided by the determination of the priority of parts and dimensions. The basic solution to the variant design and size transfer in complex mechanical is to make sure the priority of the paths. On this basis, properties of part are converted to the valuation target. The properties include the constraints from the processing, molding assembly and subsequent maintenance, in other words, the full life cycle of part. The value of part value can be obtained through some calculation method like the triangular fuzzy number. In order to determine the parts priority, the fuzzy value of targets within the set should be obtained and then get the result by comprehensive evaluation and merger. Finally, an example of gear box is used to prove that this method can be used in determination of parts priority.
