摘要
利用微波辐射法完成顺丁烯二酸酐与苯丙氨酸、异亮氨酸、甘氨酸、丝氨酸、脯氨酸、亮氨酸6种氨基酸的酰化。将氨基酸与酸酐按照1∶1的投料比加入到反应容器中,再加入适当的溶剂,在微波合成仪中进行反应,TLC监测反应进度。反应结束后,除掉溶剂,得到产品。实验合成的6个目标化合物,经熔点和红外光谱确证其结构。结果表明,微波辐射下N-马来酰-氨基酸的快速合成,操作简便,反应条件温和,产物收率较高,纯度较好。此方法可作为氨基酸在酸酐条件下进行酰化反应的合成通法。
To complete the acylation reaction between maleic anhydride and six amino acids which are phenylalanine,isoleucine,glycine,serine,proline,leucine by microwave radiation.To add the amino acid and anhydride(1∶1) to the reaction vessel,then add the appropriate solvent,and react in a microwave synthesizer,to monitor the reaction progress by TLC.After the reaction is end and getting rid of the solvent,to obtain the product.To confirm the six new compounds by melting point and IR.The results show that the reaction time is shorter,the operation is easier,the products have higher yield and better purity.This method is a common method that the amino acid has acylation reaction under the conditions of anhydride.
