烃基改性硅油润滑脂的制备及性能研究 被引量:5

摘要 将含氢硅油与线性α-烯烃进行硅氢加成反应,制得烃基改性硅油;再将其与12-羟基硬脂酸进行皂化反应,制备出烃基改性硅油润滑脂。研究了烃基改性硅油侧链烃基碳数对润滑脂润滑性的影响,对比了烃基改性硅油和甲基硅油的润滑性能及其润滑脂的润滑性能。结果表明,随着侧链烃基碳原子数的增加,烃基改性硅油的磨损直径和摩擦系数降低;当侧链烃基碳原子数在6以上时,烃基改性硅油的磨损直径和摩擦系数接近最低,抗磨性显著改善;侧链碳原子数大于8后,烃基改性硅油的磨损直径和摩擦系数变化不明显,其润滑脂的润滑性也不再有明显变化。相近黏度下,烃基改性硅油的油膜强度比甲基硅油的大,润滑性更好;烃基改性硅油的折射率比甲基硅油高,更接近矿物油、脂肪及有机物,故与矿物油、植物油及有机物的相溶性更好,透明性更高。烃基改性硅油润滑脂的油膜强度比甲基硅油润滑脂的大,烧结负荷基本接近,即烃基改性硅油虽能提高润滑脂的油膜强度,但不能提高润滑脂的烧结负荷。 The alkyl-modified silicone oil was prepared by hydrosilation between the hydrogen silicone oil and liner a-olefin; Then, alkyl-modified silicone oil lubricating grease was obtained by saponification of sili- cone oil and 12-alkyl stearic acid. Effects of side chains of modified silicone oil on the lubricating greases were studied, and the lubrication of alkyl-modified silicone oil and methyl silicone oil was compared. Result showed that as carbon atoms on the side chain increased, wear diameter and friction of alkyl-modified silicone oil decreased, when carbon atoms on the side chain above 6, wear diameter and friction of alkyl-modified silicone oil was the least, but the wear resistant greatly improved. When carbon atoms on the side chain above 8, wear diameter and friction of alkyl-modified silicone oil was little changed, while its lubrication had no evidentchange. At the closed viscosity, oil film strength of alkyl-modified silicone oil lubricating grease was stronger than that of methyl silicone oil lubricating grease, and better lubrication. Refractive index of alkyl-modified silicone oil was higher than that of methyl silicone oil, more like mineral oil, fat or organics, therefore it had better compatibility and transparancy with them. Oil film strength of alkyl-modified silicone oil lubricating grease was stronger than that of methyl silicone oil lubricating grease, its weld load nearly kept the same. That is to say, alkyl-modified silicone oil could improve the oil film strength of lubricating grease, but could not im- prove its weld load.
