花椰菜中总DNA的提取方法

DNA提取是生物技术研究的基础步骤。主要针对花椰菜组织中多糖严重干扰基因组DNA提取质量的问题,本研究用改良CTAB法提取花椰菜中DNA,结果显示改良的CTAB法提取DNA量大,产率高,无明显降解,杂质少,A260/A280比值1.80左右,完全满足后续实验要求。
