花椰菜中总DNA的提取方法

摘要 DNA提取是生物技术研究的基础步骤。主要针对花椰菜组织中多糖严重干扰基因组DNA提取质量的问题,本研究用改良CTAB法提取花椰菜中DNA,结果显示改良的CTAB法提取DNA量大,产率高,无明显降解,杂质少,A260/A280比值1.80左右,完全满足后续实验要求。 DNA extraction was one of the basic operations in biological polluting the quality of Cauliflower genomic DNA extracted seriously. The that DNA concentration and extraction rate were high, degradation was free about 1.80. The quality of DNA extracted by improved CTAB method was research. Based on the question of polyhexose improved CTAB method was an effective way nearly, impurity was little, and A260/A280 was satisfied the requirements of the experiment.
