摘要
研究了UV-B辐射下番茄幼苗抗氧化系统的反应。试验用两个剂量(15.0 kJ.m-2和30.0 kJ.m-2)诱导番茄幼苗的氧化伤害,结果脂质过氧化增加及叶绿素含量降低和SOD活性下降。这些结果表明,UV-B辐射可以诱导番茄幼苗抗氧化防御系统,使植物在胁迫下存货。
The behavior of the antioxidant defense system B (UV- B) radiation. The two doses assayed (15.0 and 30. was studied in tomato cotyledons subjected to ultraviolet - 0 kJ/m2) induced oxidative damage, as evidenced by an increase in lipid peroxidation and a decrease in both chlorophyll content and superoxide dismutase activity. These results suggested that UV - B radiation undoubtedly induced antioxidant defense system in tomato cotyledons, allowing plant sur- vival in spite of the oxidative stress generation.
