固相法制备纳米TiO_2/CaSO_4对光催化性能的实验研究 被引量:1

摘要 以价格低廉的TiOSO4和CaO为原料,采用固相法制备了CaSO4/TiO2复合粉体,并以催化降解活性大红考察其光催化性能,研究了TiOSO4和CaO的摩尔比、煅烧温度、复合粉体的用量、光照时间对活性大红降解率的影响。结果表明,活性大红的降解率高达98%以上。并用XRD对样品进行了表征,由此证明所制备的粉体在环保方面是一个优良的催化剂。 Using the inexpensive TiOSO4 and CaO as raw materials, the CaSO4/TiO2 composite powders were pre- pared by the solid phase. Degradation rate of reactive red dye as examine the photocatalytic properties of the composite powders, the molar ratio of TiOSO4 and CaO, calcination temperature, the amount of composite powders, illumination time on it were studied. The results showed that the degradation rate of the active red dye was up to 98% , and the com- posite powders were also characterized by XRD. It was proved that the composite powder was an excellent catalyst in envi- ronmental protection.
