摘要
以企业常采用两种锌矿粉A和B为研究对象,采用薄层色谱法测定有机物种类,同时用溶剂萃取法测定有机物含量。结果表明:锌矿粉A有机物总含量为1.61 g/kg,分离得到四种有机物;锌矿粉B有机物总含量为6.79 g/kg,分离得到五种有机物。碱洗处理后的锌矿粉A有机物总含量为1.37 g/kg、锌矿粉B的有机物总含量则为4.48 g/kg。碱洗过程中有机杂质去除率分别为:14.94%和33.94%。结果表明企业目前的碱洗工艺对有机杂质的去除率不高,需要有针对性的调整洗涤方案,才能达到更好的洗涤效果。
Taking two kinds of zinc ore dust A and B from different producing area as an example, thin layer chroma- tography was used to determine organic compounds and solvent extraction was used to determine the content of organic matter at the same time. The result showed that the organic matter total content of zinc powder A was 1.61 g/kg, contai- ning four kinds of organic matter, and zinc powder B was 6. 79 g/kg, containing five kinds of organic matter. After the al- kaline washing treatment, zinc powder A organic matter total content was 1.37 g/kg while zinc powder B organic matter content was 4.48 g/kg. Organic impurity removal rates were 14.94% and 33.94% , respectively. The washing process with alkali for organic impurities removal was not effective. Thus, it needed to adjust the regulation of washing process ac- cordingly to achieve better washing effect.
