Simultaneous Determination of Benzoic Acid and 6-Methyl Coumarin in Cosmetics by High Performance Liquid Chromatography

摘要 建立了化妆品中苯甲酸和6-甲基香豆素的高效液相色谱测定方法。样品用甲醇提取,以甲醇:0.02 moL/L磷酸二氢钠缓冲溶液(pH=3.5)为流动相,C18柱分离,紫外检测器测定。结果显示:线性范围为0.1~20.0 mg/L,苯甲酸和6-甲基香豆素最低检出限分别为17.0μg/g、0.05μg/g,回收率为91.3%~100.0%。该方法为化妆品中多种防腐剂的同时测定提供了一个新的思路。 The high performance liquid chromatographic ( HPLC ) method for determination of benzoic acid and 6 - Methyl coumarin in cosmetics was established. Samples were extracted with methanol, on C18 column methanol - 0. 02 mol/L NaH2PO4 ( pH = 3.5 ) was applied as mobile phase. Benzoic acid and 6 - Methyl coumarin in cosmetics was determined by UV detector. The linear range was 0. 1 - 20.0 mg/L. The lowest delectated limit of benzoic acid in 1.0 g samples was 17.0 μg,/g, and the lowest detected limit of 6 - methyl coumarin in 1.0 g samples was 0. 05 μg/g. The recovery rates were 91.3% - 100. 0%. Method for the simultaneous determination of a variety of preservatives in cos- metics provided a new way of thinking.
