摘要
加工高酸原油后,催化裂化装置分馏塔低温位腐蚀严重,采用扫描电镜等分析手段进行分析,得出腐蚀原因可能是脱后原油含盐量超标,在塔顶形成HCl-H2S-H2O强酸性腐蚀环境,发生H2S与HCl含水体系的交互腐蚀。通过采取多种有效措施,将脱后原油盐含量从大于3mg/L降至3mg/L以下,解决了催化装置腐蚀问题。
After processing high - acid crude oil, the low - temperature equipment of catalytic cracking unit fraction- ators corroded seriously, by the scanning electron microscopy (SEM) analysis of the sample, it was concluded that corro- sion reason might be the salinity overweight of the off- crude oil, salt content in the tower form HC1 -H2S -H20 strongly acidic corrosion environment, produce H2S and HC1 aqueous system interaction corrosion. Through various effective meas- ures, the salinity of the off - crude oil was decreased from more than 3 mg/L to less than 3 mg/L, and the corrosion prob- lems of catalytic cracking unit was solved.
