摘要
介绍了天然气脱硫的常用技术,脱硫剂的选择、反应原理、工艺技术特点(氧含量、湿度、温度)。着重介绍了齐鲁石化达州化肥项目天然气脱硫工艺技术,即采用湖北省化学研究所气体净化研究开发中心的T703氧化铁脱硫剂和T504水解催化剂及其组成的"夹心饼"脱硫工艺。
The common gas desulfurization technology, desulfurization agent of choice, reaction principle, and char- acteristics of the technology of oxygen content, humidity, and temperature were studied. Qilu Petrochemical Florida fertil- izer project gas desulfurization technology was mainly discussed that was used the composition desulfurization process com- bined of T703 Ferric oxide desulfurizer and T504 hydrolysis catalyst, developed by gas purification research and develop- ment centers of Hubei Provincial Institute of Chemistry.
