摘要
催化剂长岭分公司技术部2#加氢评价试验装置在评价精制催化剂RS-1000过程中存在催化剂床层压降升高过快的问题,造成这一问题的主要原因,是原料油在存放过程中性质发生变化,实际胶质含量变高、二烯烃发生聚合。通过提高床层顶部催化剂装填的稀释比,降低催化剂床层顶部及预热段的反应温度、以及对原料油使用前的优化处理,使催化剂床层压降稳定在0.1 MPa以下,确保了该催化剂的正常评价。
There was the problem that catalyst bed pressure drawdown raised in hydrofining process of RS - 1000 on Changling catalyst corporation 2# hydrogenation evaluation set. It was the main reason that the properties of feed oil got bad in the store. In fact, the content of colloid raised and dienes polymerized. It can insure the normal evaluation of cata- lyst by elevating the ratio of catalyst backfill in the top of bed and decreasing the temperature of the top and preheating section. The feed oil before use was optimized and the bed pressure drawdown was controlled steadily below 0. 1 MPa.
