二本院校《有机化学》教学的困境和应对策略

Teaching Difficulties and Coping Strategies on Organic Chemistry in Local University

针对当前有机化学教学中存在的课时压缩,学生基础差、学生学习兴趣不够及教师教法陈旧落后的现象,构建了以编撰、整合和凝练有机化学教材、改革教师课堂教学模式、培养学生学习有机化学兴趣和加强教师自身职业的策略。目的是为了提高地方院校的教学质量,为地方培养更多的具有创新能力的合格人才。

Based on education malpractices existed in the teaching of Organic Chemistry, such as time compression, poor foundation of learning basics, not strong interesting in learning, and old - fashioned teaching methods in teaching, some strategies that included compiling and concise textbook, reforming of teaching mode, cultivation of interests and en- hancing the quality of teachers were established to improve the local colleges＇ teaching quality and to train more qualified personnel.
