摘要
利用Excel求解化工热力学计算中的迭代和试差过程,计算过程简单明了,易于掌握,便于教学。文章选取了教学中两个典型实例进行分析,首先分析了丙烯-丙烷混合气体在高压下密度的计算,通过RK方程,结合Excel的单变量求解功能进行计算。其次分析了甲醇/乙腈体系相平衡数据的计算。
Using Excel to solve the iteration and trial and error process of chemical thermodynamics calculation was analyzed, and the calculation process was simple and easy to teach and learn. Two typical examples of the teaching process were selected to be calculated using Excel. Firstly, the density of the propene - propane gas mixture under high pressure was calculated through RK equation, combined with the Single Variable calculated function of Excel. Secondly, the calculated process of the methanol/acetonitrile system' s phase equilibrium data was analyzed using Excel.
