摘要
中国足球改革现状表明强烈的利益冲突存在,成因在于渐进改革的路径选择与制度缺陷累积。利益冲突的主要特点体现在利益集团的形成与多元分化、效用价值的分化、利益关系的多重扭曲、改革代理者的孤立化。足球改革中实现利益兼容的途径在于,明确社会主义核心价值观,大力推进和谐管理体制建设,迅速改变体育及足球行业改革滞后现状,尊重与发挥知识集团作用。
The Chinese football reform showed that conflicts of interest existed, which came from that fact that the reform was difficult and relative systems were still in lack. Conflicts of interest were shown in the formation of inter- est groups, diversification of interest groups, diversification of utility values, distortion of interest relations and iso- lation of the reformers. Compatibility of interest would be setting the socialist core values as ideological basis, harmo- nious administration as system, pushing the football reform forward, attaching importance to the intellectual group to reach common understanding.
