By analyzing the feature of current formal models of hypermedia, this paper present a new mode CPNH (Colored Petri Net of Hypermedia). It is based on colored Petri net and has the ability to describe the main properties of distributed hypermedia systems. Through this proposed model, issues of access control, tailored version, description of concurrent activities can be implemented. Moreover, it can describe effectively the dynamic synchronization of multimedia in distributed environment. We mainly give the formal definition of the model and an illustration.
