摘要
根据我院1例正全麻手术患者术后麻醉复苏期发生低体温(休温低于36℃),导致循环素乱,苏醒延迟等不良反应。采取下列护理措施:适中的保暖,严密观察及监测生命体征与血氧饱和度,合理的输液。经处理患者体温正常,恢复自主呼吸,血氧饱和度98%,意识清醒返回病房。

Take the following measures ： moderate to warm, close observation and monitoring of vital signs and blood oxygen sat- uration, reasonable transfusion. After treatment in patients with normal body temperature, recovery of spontaneous res- piration, oxygen saturation 98% , conscious of the back ward.
