摘要
目的:探讨抗菌药物使用规范,为临床用药提供参考。方法:回顾性分析3年期间骨外科老年住院患者围术期抗菌药物的使用情况。结果:头孢菌素类抗生素使用量大,Ⅰ类切口的常规骨科手术联合用药率高,术后多次给药。结论:骨外科老年患者围术期抗菌药物的使用总体合格,但应更趋合理。
Objective：To discuss the usage standard of antibacterial drugs, in order to provide reference for clinical usage. Methods ..In three years,old patients used antibacterial drugs on orthopedic surgery during peri-operation was reterospectively analyzed. Results ..The application amount of cephalosporins was major. The combination rates of type I in general orthopaedic surgery was high. Postoperative multiple dosing. Conclusion ：The clinical application of an- tibacterial drugs for chirurgery old patients in peri-operation is eligible,but should more reasonable.
