单槽冲模中凸模固定结构的改进

Improvement in the Fixed Structure of the Punch of the Stamping Die with a Single Slot

介绍了单槽冲模中凸模固定结构的改进方法 ,在结构中采用了常规的非直通凸模 ,着重介绍了3种非直通凸模固定结构以及利用线切割(电火花)加工3种非直通凸模的制造方法。该制造方法加工精度高 ,制造上比截面形状较为复杂的非组合的非直通凸模的制造更为简便 ,省工、省时。从而使凸模固定结构走向优化 ,从根本上保证了单槽冲模的精度 ,且冲模故障少 ,维修少 。

The improvement method in the fixed structure of the punch of the stamping die with a single slot was introduced. A usual non-straight punch was adopted in the structure. The fixed structures of three non-straight punches and the method of manufacturing the three non-straight punches by EDM wire cutting were mainly introduced. The manufacturing method saved time and labor and optimized the fixed structure of the punches, so as to ensure the precision of the stamping die with a single slot.
