通窍汤治疗慢性上颌窦炎40例

Treating 40 cases of chronic maxillary sinusitis with the Tongqiao decoction

目的:观察中药治疗慢性上颌窦炎的临床疗效。方法:治疗组40例用中药,对照组40例用克拉霉素口服,治疗3个月。结果:总有效率治疗组87.50%,对照组57.50%。两组比较有极显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:中药治疗慢性上颌窦炎疗效较好,无明显副作用。

Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of TCM in treating chronic maxillary sinusitis. Methods： 40 patients in the treated group were treated with TCM, while 40 other patients in the control group were orally given Clarithromycin for 3 months. Results： The total effective rate in the treated group was 87.50%, significantly higher than that in the control group 57.50% （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： TCM was effective in treating chronic maxillary sinusitis, without obvious side effects.
