中医治疗慢性乙肝52例疗效观察

Efficacy observation on treating 52 cases of chronic hepatitis B in TCM

目的:探讨中医与常规西医治疗慢性乙肝的疗效差异。方法:将慢性乙肝患者随机分为两组,观察组52例,采用柴胡解毒汤治疗;对照组46例,采用常规西医治疗,对比疗效。结果:观察组治疗总有效率84.6%,对照组治疗总有效率52.2%,两组治疗总有效率差异显著(P<0.01)。结论:中医手段治疗慢性乙肝疗效稳定,有效率高。

Objective： To investigate and compare the clinical variation of TCM and modem medicine in treating chronic hepatitis B. Methods： Patients with chronic hepatitis B were divided into two groups, 52 cases in the treatment group and 46 cases in the control group. The treatment group was given the Chaihu Jiedu decoction, while the control group was given routine modem medicine treatment. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results： The total effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 84.6% and 52.2% respectively, with a significant difference （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： TCM treatment was more effective in treating chronic hepatitis B.
