商谈伦理学“道德可证立性”概念的诠证逻辑

Explanatory Logic of the Conception of Moral Justification in Habermas′s Discourse Ethics

"道德可证立性"概念在哈贝马斯的商谈伦理学中发挥着极为重要的作用。但是,目前学界对这一概念的阐释又是晦暗不明的,加之在讨论其商谈伦理学时对之不加辨明而草率使用,这就造成了对其理论的片面诠释。于是,对此概念加以辨析、明确其逻辑,从而有效诠证哈贝马斯的道德认知主义立场,以及在此基础上追求道德普遍性之理论旨趣,乃是不可或缺的工作。

In Habermas′s discourse ethics,the conception of moral justification plays a very important role.But,the meaning of the conception is ambiguous in a sense.In addition,when academic community talks about his discourse ethics without discernment,all these result in one-sided grasp of his theory.So,differentiating and analyzing this conception while making it clear is an absolutely necessary task.Only in this way can we connect the cognitive position and its theoretical taste to universality of morality.
