左氧氟沙星注射剂与其他药物配伍禁忌的回顾性分析

Retrospective analysis of the incompatibility of levofloxacin injection

目的进一步跟踪和监测左氧氟沙星注射剂的安全性。方法利用"中国知网"、"维普中文科技期刊"以及"万方医学网"文献数据库进行检索,以"左氧氟沙星"为检索词,检索左氧氟沙星注射剂配伍安全性的文献,归类并分析。结果共检出相关论文78篇,剔除重复报道,共计有28种药物与左氧氟沙星注射剂存在配伍禁忌,分析其原因并提出应对措施。结论左氧氟沙星注射剂与多种药物存在配伍禁忌,应引起临床重视。

Objective To further track and monitor the safety of levofloxacin injection,the clinical compatibil-ity security literature was reviewed and analyzed. Methods The literatures of the safety of levofloxacin injection were searched from China National Knowledge Infrastructure, Chinese Medical Journal Database and WANFANG Med On-line with the levofloxacin as the searching word, and they were classified and analyzed. Results There were 28 kinds of drugs showed the incompatibility with levofloxacin from 78 articles collected, the agents were analyzed and coping measures were put forward. Conclusion There is incompatibility between levofloxacin and many drugs, and more at-tention should be paid.
