摘要
目的探讨老年高血压患者C-反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)和同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平变化及意义。方法老年高血压患者(高血压组)84例,老年健康体检者(健康对照组)36例,常规检测受试者的血压、空腹血糖和血脂,同时检测血清CRP、IL-6和Hcy水平。结果与健康老年人群相比,老年高血压患者中CRP、IL-6和Hcy水平明显高于健康对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血清CRP、IL-6和Hcy水平的检测可能对高血压的预防、诊断及治疗有一定临床指导意义。
Objective To explore the serum levels of C reactive protein （CRP） ,interleukin-6（IL-6） and homocysteine（Hey） in elderly patients with essential hypertensive. Methods 84 elderly patients with essential hypertensive and 36 healthy elderly people as control group were collected, which were tested blood pressure, fasting blood glucose,plasma lipids,CRP,IL-6 and Hcy. Results The serum concentrations of CRP,IL-6 and Hcy in elderly patients with essential hypertensive were significant higher than those in the control one（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The detection of levels of CRP,IL -6 and Hcy may have very important directive significance in estimating hypertension diagnosis.
