摘要
用快速凝固和热变形处理的Al-Ti-B-Sr中间合金,对Ak-Si-Mg铝轮毂材料进行处理。试验结果表明:Al-Ti-B-Sr中间合金可以对Al-7Si- 0.35 Mg合金有效地细化与变质;改善Al-Ti-B-Sr的细化与变质效果,Al-Si-Mg合金的抗拉强度和延伸率较Al-Ti-B、Al-Sr两种中间合金分别加入时提高了约10%和25%。
Al -Ti - B - Sr master alloy processed by rapid solidification and thermal reforming was used to refine the Al - Si -Mg wheel material. The test result showes Al -Ti - B - Sr master alloy may modify and refine the structure of Al - 7Si - 0.35Mg alloy very well. The tensile strength and elongation of the alloy increased 10% and 25% after adding the Al -Ti - B - Sr.
