With the rapid development and integration of computer network technology and mobile communications technol- ogy, and the rapid spread of mobile terminal, research and application of the mobile learning developed rapidly. Mobile learn- ing model is applied to the college teachers＇ training. It becomes possible for the teachers to learn anytime, anywhere with the handheld device. It solved the problem of heavy tasks and lack of time. The efficiency of teachers＇ training was significantly increased.
