介绍了铝塑复合管的性能和用途。结合开发和现场生产经验,详述了铝塑复合管的生产工艺及对原材料的要求,对生产中出现的问题提出了解决措施。通过对铝塑复合管的搭接式超声波焊接和对接式TIG焊接比较,说明了两种方式各自合理经济的管材生产尺寸范围。
The property and application of aluminium-plastic composite tube are described. It details the production process of aluminium -plastic composite tube and the requirements for the raw materials, and puts forward the measures for solving the problems appearing in production based on experiments gained in developing and producing aluminium - plastic composite tube. The respective feasible and cost- efficient size ranges for tubes produced by ultrasonic lap welding and TIG butt welding are suggested by means of a comparison between the two welding methods.
