摘要
介绍了机床弹性滑键齿轮变速换挡机构的结构原理 ,并对弹性滑键齿轮变速换挡机构进行理论分析。建立了弹性滑键失稳分析和振动系统的简化模型 ,推导出弹性滑键顺利滑移的条件 ;失稳时临界压力Pscr计算公式Pscr及换挡时锲入齿轮键槽的时间T′。为合理设计弹性滑键齿轮变速换档机构提供了理论依据。
In the paper, a new type the elastic sliding key gearshift mechanism of machine tools was presented, and the gearshift mechanism structure principle is analyzed. It is explained that the forces acting on the elastic sliding key, the calculated stability and bouncing times. It builds up simple models to analyze stability and vibration system. The proper sliding condition and losing stability critical pressure of mathematical formula is to be found. Based on this theory, elastic sliding key gearshift mechanism of machine tools can be designed.
