依托咪酯研究进展

Recent progress in study of etomidate

背景依托咪酯为非巴比妥类静脉短效催眠药，具有起效时间迅速、作用时间短、麻醉效能强、对心血管系统干扰轻微的优点，被应用于麻醉诱导，然而因其具有皮质抑制作用使其临床运用受到限制。目的文章通过总结国内外的研究，明确依托咪酯在全身麻醉中的优越性。内容对依托咪酯的药理特点及临床应用进行综述。趋向随着研究的不断深入和依托咪酯剂型的不断改良，能够使依托咪酯被广泛运用于临床麻醉。

Background Etomidate is used to induce anaesthesia as a short acting intravenous nonbarbiturate anaesthetic agent with rapid onset and short duration of action high anesthetic potency, while cardiovascular systems appear minimally affected. However, its clinical application is limited due to cortical inhibition. Objective The purpose of this review is to summarize recent studies about etomidate and reveal its advantage in general anesthesia. Content Pharmacological characteristics and clinical clinical application of etomidate were reviewed in this article. Trend Etomidate is a widely used general anesthetic with more in- depth studies and optimized dosage forms.
