摘要
经等离子重熔的A1-16Si合金与电阻炉重熔的相比,组织有明显的细化效果:初晶Si最大长度由120μm变为10μm,共晶 Si最大长度由 75 μm变为 8 μm,并且这种细化效果随着放电电流和气流量的增大而增强,分析认为,造成组织细化的原因是由于等离子熔炼特殊的加热方式所致,等离子轰击作用能使熔体中保留遗传信息的原子团簇变小,微观结构更加均匀,
The microstructure of Al-16Si alloy is refined after plasma remelting. Primary Si size decreases from 120 μm to 10 μm and eutectic Si from 75 μm to 8 μm. Effect of refinement is more and more evident with increasing in electric current and argon flux. The reason for these phenomena is connected with heating manner of plasma arc: clusters in melt can be broken up by plasma bombardment and resultantly, the melt composition distribution becomes more uniform.
