摘要
本文研究了利用湿化学法从Co2溶液中直接氧化合成Co3O4粉末的可行性,并用X射线衍射、高倍光学显微镜、扫描电镜对样品进行了研究。实验结果表明从溶液中制得的沉淀是Co3O4和CoOOH的混合物。所制得的粉末经过热处理可得纯的Co3O4,一次粒子粒径约0.5μm,但粉末聚团严重。
In this paper the possibility of producing Co3O4 from the solution ofCo2+ was discussed, and the preducts were analyzed by X - ray, optical microscopewith highly multiple power and SEM. The results showed that the precipitationwas a mixture of eqo4and rmH, and it would be converted to pure Co3O4 bythermal treatment, which was seriously aggregated, but with particles about 0.2μm.
