摘要
采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和软X光射线技术,分析了单向聚酯帘线橡胶复合材料的疲劳损伤机理。结果表明,该材料的微观损伤主要有帘线——基体脱粘、基体裂纹、帘线中纤维的损伤与断裂三种类型。材料微观损伤不断累积发展成为宏观的帘线断裂或基体纵向剪切,最终导致材料失效。材料的损伤过程伴随着温度的不断升高,循环频率对橡胶复合材料的损伤累积有明显的影响。
Using scanning electron microscope (SEM) and soft- X radiation technique, the damage accumulation mechanism of unidirectional polyester cord/rubber composite is studied. The results show that the microscopic damage of rubber composite in the forms of cord/matrix interface debonding, matrix crackingao and fiber damage was formed and developed into cord break or longitudinal tearing eventually leading to gross failure of the composite. The process of damage accumulation was accompanied by heat generation. Damage accumulation of rubber composite was strongly influenced by cyclic frequency.
