摘要
通过理化试验,得出凸轮轴断口属扭转疲劳断口。键槽底部R较小,造成应力集中,是断裂的原因之一。
Through physical and chemical experiments, it is obtained that the break of the cam shaft is a torsional fatigue break. The R of the bottom of the keyway is smaller and this results in a stress concentration. This is one of the reasons of fracture.
