摘要
介绍机械合金化方法制备纳米软磁合金的试验中 ,不同的球磨时间与晶粒尺寸之间的变化关系。并分析了晶粒尺寸 ,镍、钼等元素含量对磁导率、矫顽力、单位质量功耗等软磁性能的影响 。
The relationship between ball milling time and grain size during the fabrication trial of nanocrystalline soft magnetic alloys by mechanical alloying was introduced.The effects of grain size and the amount of Ni,Mo elements on soft magnetic properties of permeability,coercive force and core loss of per unit mass were analyzed.It was concluded that the addition of Mo was benefit to improve the soft magnetic properties in Fe based nanocrystalline soft magnetic alloy.
