摘要
采用有限元非线性算法 ,通过增加相区移动边界条件 ,对 2 0钢工件的低温渗碳二维浓度场进行了模拟 ,其中扩散系数与碳浓度之间的关系采用了Agren表达式。在模拟结果的基础上 ,进一步讨论了渗碳温度对低温两相区渗碳浓度场的影响。
Through adding the boundary condition of phase area moving,a non linear finite element method was adopted to simulate the low temperature two dimensional carburization concentration field of the 20 # steel part.The relation between diffusion constant and carbon concentration in austenite was represented by Agren expression.On the basis of simulation result,the influence of carburization temperature on the dual phase concentration field was discussed.
