非心脏手术围术期心肌缺血和心肌梗死 被引量：5

摘要 在过去几十年里,非心脏手术不论在治疗疾病还是在改善患者的生活质量方面均取得了巨大进步,因此全球每年接受非心脏手术患者的数量迅速增长。然而,接受非心脏手术患者的预后却与围术期心血管疾病发病率、死亡率有着重要的相关性。围术期心脏事件的严重程度全球每年约有10亿成年人接受非心脏手术,其中一半患者年龄大于50岁。
