电离子术联合光动力疗法治疗尖锐湿疣疗效观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的 探讨电离子术联合5-氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法治疗尖锐湿疣的治愈率及复发率。方法 160例尖锐湿疣患者按患者意愿分为电离子术联合光动力治疗组81例和单纯电离子术治疗组79例,分别用电离子术联合光动力治疗和单纯电离子术治疗,末次治疗后随访6个月,观察治疗效果及复发率。结果 联合治疗组治愈率及复发率分别为92.6%和7.4%,单纯治疗组分别为48.1%和51.8%。两组差异均有统计学意义(Z=-3.46,P<0.05)。结论 电离子术联合光动力疗法治疗尖锐湿疣治愈率高,复发率低,不良反应小。 Objective To evaluate the efficacy of 5-aminplevulinic acid-photodynamic(ALA-PDT) combined with high-frequency electro-ionization therapy on patients with condyloma acuminata(CA). Methods Eighty-one patients with CA were treated with combination ALA-PDT and high-frequency electro-ionization, and other 79 cases were treated by high-frequency electro-ionization only respectively. Results The complete remission was 92.6% forcombination treated group and 48.1% for high-frequency electro-ionization, respectively. Recurrence rate was 7.4% and 51.8% for combination treated group and high-frequency electro-ionization, respectively. Conclusion The study indicated that the combined treatment of ALA-PDT and high-frequency electro-ionization therapy showed better clear rates, lower recurrence rates, little side effects compared with that of high-frequency electro-ionizationtherapy.
