中药方剂联合西替利嗪间隔疗法治疗慢性荨麻疹36例临床观察

Interval therapy of Chinese medicine combined with cetirizine in 36 cases of chronic urticaria

目的 观察自拟中药方剂与西替利嗪联合间隔疗法治疗慢性荨麻疹的临床疗效。方法 采用随机、阳性对照药平行对照的方法,对72例符合研究方案的患者分别间隔给予自拟中药联合西替利嗪或单纯应用西替利嗪口服治疗,治疗前及治疗第4、第8周记录瘙痒、红晕及风团变化情况。结果 治疗前后试验组对瘙痒、红晕及风团的改善效果优于对照组(P<0.05),试验组有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 中药方剂联合西替利嗪间隔疗法可以明显改善慢性荨麻疹患者撤药过程中的临床症状及复发情况。

Objective To observe the effect of interval therapy of Chinese medicine combined with cetirizine in chronic urticaria. Methods Seventy-two patients were divided into two groups randomly, which were treatment group and control group. The treatment group took Chinese medicine combined with Cetirizine and the control group took cetirizine only. Visits were scheduled on preliminary diagnosis （before treatment）, 4,8 weeks after treatment and the end of the treatment. Recorded the change of pruritus,flush and wheal. Results The treatment group with a higher efficacy rates than the control group had a better effect on the improvement of pruritus,flush and wheal. There was a significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Interval therapy of Chinese medicine combined with cetirizine is effective, which can improve the symptoms and recurrence during the drug reducing.
