摘要
动力定位系统在浮式海洋工程领域应用非常广泛。随着全球深水油气资源开发的加速,该技术的应用和发展将更加成熟。论文以我国第一艘自建的深水半潜式钻井平台“海洋石油981”为例,结合现场的调试经验,简述了动力定位系统及其基本组成,重点介绍系统调试的流程和需测试的功能,对调试过程中常见问题和解决方法进行了分析和探讨。
Dynamic positioning (DP) system is widely used in floating marine engineering. With rapid exploration of global offshore deepwater oil gas, this technology will have great application and development in the further. However, the core commissioning technology of DP system is dominated by few foreign experts at present. Using the first self-constructed semi-submersible drilling unit in China, called as "Hal Yang Shi You 981", and combining with site commissioning experience, the article introduces what are DP system and its components. The main part presents commissioning procedure and functions needed to test. What's more, common problems during commissioning period are analyzed and troubleshooting is discussed.
