摘要
南海某气田铺设的海底管道是我国首条3LPP外防腐的不锈钢复合海底管道。在该管道的铺设施工中,采用了先进的坡口加工、组对、焊接、检验及节点防腐技术,首次实现了我国在铺管船上进行不锈钢复合管的铺设工作,为推进海管用钢升级换代提供了经验和借鉴。论文着重介绍该工程所采用的不锈钢复合管的铺设技术和工艺,分析它们在海管铺设应用中的特点,总结了不锈钢复合管施工中的关键问题。
Subsea pipeline at a gas field in the South China Sea is the first 3LPP extemal corrosion CRA pipeline in China. In the installation of the pipeline, advanced groove machining, assembling, welding, inspection and joint anti-corrosion technologies are adopted. This article highlights the technologies of CRA pipe laying work, analyzes their characteristics and summarizes the key issues in the installation of CRA pipe.
