摘要
论文以海洋石油平台原油主机房内通风系统设计为背景,研究制订了该房间内多种不同的通风方案,并利用流体分析软件FLUENT较为准确地模拟预测了该房间内气流组织的温度场和速度场,最终基于预测结果优化调整了房间内的通风设计,并通过实践验证了优化调整后的房间通风设计完全能够满足原油主机的正常运行。该研究工作为今后海上平台原油主机房的通风设计提供了参考,并对海洋工程领域中的通风系统设计具有重要的意义。
In the ventilation system design of crude oil engine room on offshore platform, variety of ventilation schemes is formulated. Fluid analysis software FLUENT is applied to simulate and predict temperature field and velocity field of air flow in this room more accurately .Then, according to the simulation result the ventilation design is adjusted and optimized. Through actual engineering inspection it is proved that the ventilation design after optimization and adjustment can successfully satisfy the normal working condition of crude oil engine. The research provides some references for noise reduction of the HVAC systems on offshore platforms, and also has guiding significance for ventilation system design of crude oil engine room in the field of marine engineering.
