摘要 节点双面焊接的特殊要求是北海导管架的核心技术难题,通过编制详细的程序,辅以焊接试验,经过参数调整、工艺优化等措施,最终攻克这一技术难关。对于由此衍生的一系列尺寸控制的难题,通过编制针对性专项程序以及精准测量等手段得以顺利解决。在附件的制作过程中,利用巧妙的工艺方法有效的解决了空间受限等突出难点。回拖系统的设计突破了传统观念的束缚,充分利用了现有资源。导管架的3D扫描,通过合理设计也最终得以顺利完成。 Specific requirements of both-sided welding at node are core technology in Halfdan HBD jacket construction. Through the compilation of detailed procedures, welding test, parameter adjustment and process optimization, the difficult problem has been finally solved. In order to resolve series of dimension control problems arising therefrom, special procedures complied as well as the accurate measurements have been performed. During the fabrication process of appurtenance, performed ingenious ways effectively deals with the problem of space limitation successfully. Retrial system design breaks through the traditional concept and makes full use of existing resources. Jacket 3D scanning is also completed successfully through reasonable design.
