摘要
传统法兰接头易发生“跑、冒、滴、漏”,维护及修复比较麻烦,成为海洋平台的主要危险源。新型机械接头——金属自紧式法兰,可以应用于严苛的高温高压工况,正确组装的话可实现零泄漏,无需后期维护,弥补了传统ANSI法兰的缺陷,在深水平台中有着广阔的应用前景。本文研究了其机械性能,优缺点,施工工艺及控制措施,为该接头的推广应用奠定了基础。
Traditional flange joint is easy to leak, and will be difficult to be maintained and serviced on platform. According to some statistical data source, it is shown that traditional flange joint is main hazardous source on offshore platform. New mechanical joint clamp connector has been designed for many critical service applications, even with various combinations of pressure and temperature. Mechanical joint provides ~'leak free and maintenance free" connections, when suitable assembly measures have been taken. It will be widely used on deep water platform in future. This paper studies its mechanical property, relative merits, construction process and control measures. This issue will be important and beneficial for wide application of it on deep water platform.
