With quality management of jacket constructed by Shenzhen Chiwan Sembawang Engineering Co., Ltd. taken as an example, this article discusses the way to increase international competitive power in the age of meager profit. The necessity and practicality of the execution of refined quality management in jacket construction is pointed out. The feasibility and strategy is discussed. That makes a beneficial exploration and breakthrough in enhancing company's overall level of management. Refined management is a popular concept, but how to specifically apply it to offshore engineering practice and how to use this concept in the field of quality management should be researched. This article offers ideas and strategies to offshore engineering companies.
